Detailed Weddings & Events LLC is a premier, veteran-owned event firm locally serving the Pee Dee. Midlands and surrounding regions of South Carolina. We specialize in comprehensive management solutions, offering full-service, partial-service, and day-of planning and coordination for weddings, social gatherings, corporate functions, and industry milestones.
Beyond logistics, we provide complete in-house production, including floor-plan rendering, custom floral design (personal bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements), specialized travel planning (honeymoons, anniversaries, and family reunions), and professional wedding officiant services.
Our founder has rigorously studied the weddings and the execution of high-end events and is a proud graduate of America’s premier wedding, floral, and event design school: The Institute of Wedding & Event Design (IWED). Additionally, our officiating team holds formal certifications with American Marriage Ministries (AMM).
CREDENTIALS & COMPLIANCE
For your absolute peace of mind, Detailed Weddings & Events LLC is fully licensed and carries comprehensive general liability insurance. To maintain our high standards of safety and professionalism, we maintain a strict policy of never collaborating with unlicensed or uninsured vendors. Upon request, official proof of insurance can be issued directly from our policyholder to your client, venue, or designated third-party email address.

Ample Planning Timelines: The key to keeping an event affordable is giving yourself time. We highly recommend beginning your planning framework at least twelve (12) months in advance, as open-market vendor and production costs naturally escalate as your event date approaches.

Event Protection Insurance: Because weddings represent a significant emotional and financial investment, we strongly encourage our clients to purchase a 1-day event insurance policy through trusted carriers like WedSafe, The Wedding Protector Plan, or Markel. These affordable plans shield you from sudden financial loss due to unexpected illness, venue emergencies, extreme weather, or unforeseen closures.
